Service Description

Cupping is a therapeutic healing technique that has its origins in Egypt, Greece and Asia, and eventually migrated to Europe. Glass, plastic or silicone cups are applied to the skin where there is pain and tension. Skin and underlying tissues are forced into the cup by creating a mild to deep vacuum (negative pressure) inside the cup, decompressing the tissue and encouraging improved circulation. Carries the same therapeutic benefits as Gua sha for acute and chronic conditions.
