Service Description

Gua sha is a therapeutic healing technique of traditional East Asian medicine. Sometimes called ‘coining, spooning or scraping’, Gua sha is defined as instrument-assisted unidirectional press-stroking of a lubricated area of the body surface to stimulate circulation. Used for relief from inflammation and pain, and conditions such as digestive issues, insomnia, migraines, menstrual dysfunction, auto-immune disorders and more.
