Individual 'Chill' Sessions
If you just need a short break from the hustle and bustle of life either during your lunch hour or any time you feel a need for 'me time', book an Individual 'Chill' Session and get ready to 'unthink'.
Sip a cup of tea, sample an essential oil or two while you enjoy meditative music and simply 'chill'.
It is recommended that you set aside 30 minutes for this experience.
Herbal teas, music and essential oils are provided.
Consider bringing your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow and/or anything else that might enhance your 'chill' experience. Some rocking chairs and upholstered armless chairs are available. A limited number of blankets are also available.
