This event is being co-hosted by Chris Evon and Ninetta Keenan.

​

Join us as we explore easy and accessible ways to help reduce stress and enjoy the spirit of the holidays! You will be given tools to help you navigate through the sometimes stressful events of the holiday season, and then we'll end the evening with a mindfulness meditation to help you ground and stay present.
