Sunday, December 21, 2025, 9:03am - the exact moment when winter arrives, and a time in the cycle of the year that invites us to pause and reflect, bringing peace and stillness to our overworking minds.

It is a time to honor the darkness for allowing us to know the light.

Join us as we celebrate this significant moment in Earth's rhythm, marking the steady return of the light!

​

We'll learn about the Water Element and its role during this time of year from a Traditional East Asian Medicine perspective. 

We'll create ceremony to shed what has since served its purpose, and set new intentions for the coming year, followed by a short meditation.​

The afternoon will end with drumming! Drumming helps set sail to our intentions and prayers for the new year.

If you like, please bring a crystal or stone to work with, and a drum or rattle if you have one.
