If being in a group is not your thing, I offer individual guided meditations that will allow you to more fully immerse yourself in a meditative state while being in a private setting.
Many themes such as quieting an overactive mind, easing anxiety and depression, reconnecting to self, and more are available to personalize your meditation experience.
Herbal teas, music and essential oils are provided to help enrich your time in meditation.
Consider bringing your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow and/or anything else that might enhance your experience. Some rocking chairs and upholstered armless chairs are available. A limited number of blankets are also available.
